Cancellation policy

PASSENGER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS & SEAT RESALE

All customer cancellations are treated as personal cancellations, regardless of the reason. While we understand unexpected situations arise, our no-refund policy ensures fairness and consistency across all travelers.

To be eligible for partial credit, Clients must:

Cancel before the final payment deadline, and
Resell their seat(s) to another individual.
Seat Resale Policy

While TAG ALONG TOURS may assist upon request, you are solely responsible for reselling your seat(s). All requests must be submitted in writing to ** INSERT EMAIL LINK HERE ** . Any resale is not valid unless it has been reviewed and approved in writing by TAG ALONG TOURS prior to departure.

Even if your seat is resold, your original deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.

Passengers must arrive and check in at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Failure to check in on time may result in seat forfeiture to standby passengers and/or no refund, credit, or rescheduling options.

No-shows are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for compensation of any kind.
